A company director was spending too
much time firefighting, sorting through
paperwork, answering emails and struggling
to meet deadlines. He worried that he

the near future.
A series of 1-2-1 Breakthrough sessions
were designed to create invaluable thinking
space, enabling the participant to step
back and think through the big strategic
issues and manage the demands on his
time more effectively.
Even after one session, the participant
was able to dramatically cut his workload.
The clarity he achieved allowed him
to focus on his passions and his motivation
and drop
those projects that did not fit in with
his business vision.
By understanding better his strengths
and weaknesses, he was able to radically
redistribute his workload to other,
more suitable, members of his team.
